Orders and delivery
Where is my order confirmation? Plus

Your order confirmation is instantly sent to your email inbox following your order. If you have not received your order confirmation after 24 hours, please contact us: xymshopcontact@gmail.com. Please check your spam before any action by email.

How much are the delivery costs? Plus

Home delivery costs €7.50 in mainland France and €10 in the rest of the world.

How can I track the status of my order? Plus

When your order has been shipped, a tracking number is automatically sent to you by email in order to follow its delivery on the La Poste Colissimo platform. You can also track your order by clicking on the link right here .

If you encounter a problem with your package, we invite you to contact La Poste Colissimo services by calling 3631 to find out more about its situation (make sure you have your tracking number to hand, as you will be asked for it).

Returns and exchanges
Can I return or exchange an item? Plus

Exchanges and refunds are possible within 14 days after placing your order. An exchange can only be made if the desired size is available in stock. The item of clothing to be refunded/exchanged must not have been worn or washed and must be returned in its original packaging. You can make the request right here .

What types of payment do you accept? Plus

We accept payment by credit card (Mastercard, Visa...) as well as payments by PayPal and Apple Pay.
